1. The service

RenoRender ("we", "us") lets you upload a floor plan and reference images and turns them into an editable 3D layout ("the Service"). The Service is provided by [business name, UEN], Singapore.

2. Your account

You sign in with your email address. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18, or have a parent's or guardian's permission.

3. What you upload

You keep ownership of everything you upload. You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, every floor plan and image you upload, and that using them in the Service does not infringe anyone else's rights, including copyright, design rights or confidentiality obligations you may owe to others.

You give us a limited licence to store and process your uploads only to provide the Service to you, including sending them to our AI provider to generate your layout. We do not use your uploads for marketing and do not show them to other users.

Don't upload anything unlawful, or anything containing other people's personal data that you don't have the right to share.

4. Results are a visualisation

Layouts are generated automatically and may contain errors in walls, dimensions, openings or furniture. They are for visualising and planning only. Always confirm measurements on site with a qualified contractor, designer or HDB/authority requirements before buying, fabricating or starting works. We are not responsible for decisions or costs based on the Service's output.

5. Payments, credits and refunds

Credits ("homes") are bought in packs and each lets you generate one home, including the stated number of re-uploads. Prices are shown in Singapore dollars and charged through Stripe. If a generation fails, the credit is returned automatically. Unused credits don't expire while your account is open. Because credits are delivered instantly, purchases are non-refundable except where required by law or where the Service did not work as described — contact us and we'll make it right.

6. Acceptable use

Don't attempt to disrupt the Service, access other users' data, scrape it, or resell it without our written permission.

7. Changes and availability

We may change or discontinue features. We'll give reasonable notice of material changes to these terms. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties to the extent the law allows.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from the Account menu. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
